Am I fit enough for this?
We have routes for every fitness level - from easy 2-hour walks to challenging summit climbs. Your guide adjusts the pace to your group. First-timers are welcome and do great.
What's included in the price?
Everything: certified guide, door-to-door transport from Almaty, safety equipment, route planning matched to your level. No hidden fees.
What if the weather is bad?
We monitor weather closely. If conditions are unsafe, we'll reschedule to another date or offer an alternative route - at no extra cost.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes - free cancellation up to 48 hours before the hike, and your deposit is refunded in full. You pay nothing until we confirm your booking; a small deposit then reserves your spot, with the balance due on the day. Within 48 hours of the hike the deposit is non-refundable. If we cancel for weather or safety, you choose a free reschedule or a full refund. The same terms apply to every tour, including multi-day, summit, and VIP.
What should I bring?
Comfortable hiking shoes, weather-appropriate clothing, water, and snacks. We send a detailed packing checklist after booking - so you'll know exactly what to prepare.
Is it safe?
Safety is our top priority. Every guide carries first aid, emergency communication, and monitors conditions throughout the hike. We've led hundreds of tours with zero safety incidents.
